Position Overview

Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level) at One United Consulting Inc. is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others and eager to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. At One United Consulting, we’re a mission-driven team specializing in resolving auto glass damage claims and enhancing customer retention through expert support and streamlined processes.

Location: Jacksonville | In-Person | Day Shift
Compensation: Starting at $700/week + Bonuses (with training)
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, Occasional weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a thorough understanding of our products and services to answer customer inquiries and assist in resolving concerns.
  • Building trust and rapport through clear, respectful, and solutions-oriented communication.
  • Addressing and resolving customer account issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Handling every customer interaction with a problem-solving mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Supporting sales and enrollment processes when needed by closing service requests or customer orders.
