Job Description
Position Overview
The Customer Enablement team builds the programs, automations, and insights that help restaurants get value from the SevenRooms platform faster. As the Associate, Customer Enablement, you will help customers realize more value from the product by partnering with Customer Success, Onboarding, and Product teams. You’ll work with data and tools to launch targeted programs that increase feature adoption and drive measurable ROI. In this role you will execute customer lifecycle communications, build and QA automated journeys, run adoption reporting, and operationalize insights through playbooks that scale globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Build automated customer journeys and playbooks that directly improve activation and ROI for restaurants and other hospitality operators.
- Collaborate daily with teams such as Customer Success, Onboarding, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to turn data and feedback into scalable programs.
- Learn how to operationalize insights at scale using tools like Looker, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
- Take ownership of key parts of the customer lifecycle with clear visibility into how your work impacts outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Success operations or related industries.
- Proficiency in using data and insights to optimize digital customer journeys.
- Comfortable working with BI tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Looker, Google Sheets).
- Eagerness to learn and deepen skills in tools such as Gainsight, Looker, Salesforce, and Pendo.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and excel in a cross-functional environment.
