Position Overview
Insight Global is seeking an IT Customer Support Technician to provide technical support in a Genius Bar style setting within a large client’s headquarters. In this role, you will welcome internal employees, assist them in registering their support requests at IT Horizons, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop action plans for resolution. The position requires strong in-person customer service and communication skills, with a willingness to work onsite five days per week in Midtown Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome internal employees and assist them in registering their support requests.
- Collaborate with employees to understand issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop actionable solutions.
- Provide technical support for O365, Windows 10 and 11, basic computer hardware issues (battery, power cord, etc.), and light networking challenges.
- Manage asset, device, and lifecycle processes.
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service and clear communication at all levels.
Required Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills with O365, Windows 10, Windows 11, and basic hardware and networking issues.
- Excellent in-person customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Willingness to work onsite five days per week in Midtown Atlanta.
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $23-25/hr
Benefits & Perks
- 7 days of PTO on pre-designated Coca-Cola holidays plus 5 additional PTO days to be used at your discretion.
