Cox Ideabar, an integrated brand, creative, and media marketing center for creativity, is seeking an intern to join us for the summer of 2026 within the Partnerships & Operations department. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across four key groups: Creative Project Management, Account Management, Integrated Media, and Business Operations. The intern will assist in day‑to‑day operations, contribute to strategic initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external partners to help bring creative visions to life. This role is ideal for a highly organized, curious, and proactive individual eager to learn how creativity and operations intersect to drive business and environmental impact. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full‑time position following the session, conditioned upon graduation and availability to commence full‑time employment at a specified time. Key Responsibilities

  • Support project tracking, documentation, and resource coordination across creative and media initiatives.
  • Assist account managers with client communications, meeting preparation, and status reporting.
  • Help compile media performance data and support integrated media planning efforts.
  • Contribute to business operations tasks such as budget tracking, KPI monitoring, and process documentation.
  • Participate in cross‑functional meetings and brainstorming sessions to support enterprise‑wide initiatives.
  • Conduct research to inform partnership strategies, operational improvements, and industry best practices.
  • Assist with internal communications and presentation development for leadership updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Interest in creative production, media strategy, and business operations.
