Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative (LINCOLN, NE AND SURROUNDING AREAS ONLY)

Position Overview

Express Employment is urgently hiring for Temporary Remote Customer Service Representatives. These fully remote, temporary roles will begin on May 14th. Candidates must have customer service or call center experience in an office setting. The position offers Compensation: from $16.18 per hour with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 1st shift (10:00am – 7:00pm).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in company database
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Customer service or call center experience in an office setting
• Basic computer proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solutions-oriented and able to solve problems independently
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
