Position Overview

Compensation: $40k - $50k a year. Ignite Visibility, an award-winning digital marketing agency with offices in San Diego, CA and Orlando, FL, is hiring an entry-level Franchise Success Account Manager for our Account Services franchise team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a service-oriented professional passionate about digital marketing and client services. The ideal candidate is business-minded, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, excel at relationship-building, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of the Account Manager or lead Franchise Success Manager.
  • Provide front-line customer service to support franchisees, answer queries, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Understand clients' contracts and identify selling opportunities for Ignite Visibility products/services to drive revenue growth.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new franchise locations and act as a liaison between corporate and franchises for process updates and sales support.
  • Consult on client sales and marketing processes to build solutions within HubSpot for maximum impact.
  • Help develop strategic documentation alongside Account Managers and collaborate with internal team members to identify risks, opportunities, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain up-to-date status reports, billing, and budget summaries.
  • Manage billing changes including new services, service reductions, and cancellations, and escalate cancellation requests for client retention.
  • Maintain a business development mindset by collaborating with the Client Success Director to discuss revenue opportunities and potential new business.
  • Effectively use Ignite Visibility’s business management and communication platforms to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved and continually learn to stay ahead in digital marketing trends.
  • Assist with help desk tickets, sales presentations, proposal development, and other duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of account services experience in digital marketing channels or relevant digital marketing internship experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or client services.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced agency environment with a drive to continuously learn and improve.
  • Exposure to franchise or multi-location marketing and proven ability to manage multiple account projects.
  • Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent business acumen.
  • Experience with Project Management systems (e.g., Outlook, Slack, Monday, Google Suite).
