Summer Internship: US Market Access Strategic Marketing Intern

Position Overview

This 10-12 week internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable Market Access knowledge and experience within the commercial organization of a rapidly growing, patient-centric biotech company. You will both lead and support initiatives related to obtaining access and reimbursement for BeiGene's products – BRUKINSA and TEVIMBRA – while supporting the Sr. Director, US Market Access Strategic Marketing.
Note: To be considered for our 2025 Summer Internship program you must be enrolled in a university degree program and cannot be graduating sooner than December 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Help develop and rollout a marketing resource to support our field Account Directors with key accounts
- Ensure patients have access to our products and maintain treatment affordability
- Help shape strategies that deliver bold pharmaceutical innovations and medications to patients
- Gain real-world experience working on high-visibility assignments across a product cycle from concept to commercialization
- Drive projects in the oncology market space
- Partner with colleagues in the US Market Access department to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
- Support alignment and integration among department segment leaders such as Pricing & Contracting, Value & Strategy, Payers & PBMs, Patient Services & Distribution, and Physician Networks
- Assist in developing internal presentations including quarterly business reviews, access-related training, cross-functional updates, and Market Access Leadership Team meetings
- Support the communication and rollout of market access commercial operations and shared service models
- Drive consistent communication and collaboration within the Market Access function and across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Student enrolled in a health-science or business undergraduate program at a 4-year accredited college or university, preferably a rising junior or senior
- Current, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and must be returning to school in the fall term
- Must be available to work up to 40 hours a week
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Remote position
- Comfortable working with complex data sets and databases
