Assembler​/Welder

Position Overview

As an Assembly Operator/ MIG Welder at Regal Rexnord Cleveland, you will be responsible for manually assembling products according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to specifications
• Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools
• Inspect welds and assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Prior MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings or blueprints
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED (Entry Level Position)
• Proficient in interpreting verbal and written directions
• Mechanically inclined with good math skills; experience with basic measuring devices and power shop equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical part assembly
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly
• Ability to interact in a team environment to complete a variety of tasks
