Remote Bilingual Contact Center Representative – Full Time & Part Time

Position Overview

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking Remote Bilingual Contact Center Representatives to join our dynamic inbound contact center ministry team. In this work‐from‐home role, you will communicate and connect with established and prospective partners by ministering prayer using accepted biblical doctrine, sharing information about CBN and its affiliated ministries, and encouraging financial support. Full‐time positions offer a structured 40-hour workweek with fullbenefitsincluding healthcare and a 75% tuition discount from Regent University, while part‐time roles provide vacation leave, sick leave, and 401(k) participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and connect with established and prospective CBN partners.
• Minister prayer using accepted biblical doctrine and share information about CBN and its ministries.
• Encourage financial support and represent CBN’s mission with passion.
• Adhere to remote work requirements: maintain a distraction-free home office with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50Mbps) and proper equipment setup.
• Work according to the designated contact center hours (6:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. EST / 5:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. CST) for full-time and part-time shifts.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a contact center agent or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent ability to interact with callers and consistently execute contact center processes.
• Knowledge of the Bible with the ability to pray concise, Scripture-based prayers.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to verbally empathize with others.
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish skills (for bilingual positions) with excellent verbal and written communication, including proper grammar and sentence structure.
• Strong reading comprehension and the ability to deliver genuine, authentic scripted messages.
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free home office environment with consistent high-speed internet access and necessary equipment.
• Proficiency with computer skills including the use of Windows-based systems, web browsers, meeting tools, and email programs.
• Capability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
• Being coachable with the capacity to accept feedback and improve performance.
• A strong sense of confidentiality and the ability to safeguard sensitive information.
• Consistent punctuality and strong attendance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport with management, staff, and the public.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet performance metrics.
• Good manual dexterity and the ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as required.
