Position Overview

Our client, a leading global recruitment consultancy, is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join their expanding team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the US. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for highly specialized technical roles across various industries including technology, engineering, and finance. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier technical talent, with a deep understanding of in-demand technologies and programming languages. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build robust talent pipelines. Strong Boolean search skills, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and exceptional interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this role. You will play a vital part in helping our clients secure the best technical professionals in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical positions, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract both passive and active technical candidates.
  • Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques, online databases, professional networks, and social media platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, providing detailed feedback and insights.
  • Manage and maintain candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruiting.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and extend job offers to successful candidates.
  • Contribute to team goals and participate in recruiting strategy discussions.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy environment.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Analysts).
  • Expertise in Boolean search techniques and proficiency with various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent understanding of current technology trends, programming languages, and IT infrastructure.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
