Parts Inside Sales

Position Overview

We are excited about our Parts Inside Sales opportunity at Premier Truck Group. Here, you will connect with customers over the phone, provide expert guidance on heavy duty truck parts, and support our operations, all while contributing to a diverse and winning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Has knowledge of heavy duty truck parts.
• Provides excellent customer service over the phone by listening to customers and meeting their needs.
• Responds to telephone/email inquiries from customers.
• Searches catalogs for the correct part to meet customer needs.
• Calls vendors to determine the availability and price of parts not in stock.
• Maintains Phone Room cleanliness.
• Assists warehouse personnel in identifying and locating parts.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma and/or GED is required. A combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is expected. Additional product training is preferred.
• Licenses or Certificates: A valid driver’s license is required, along with certification as a forklift operator.
• Parts Counter Sales Experience: A minimum of one year’s experience in heavy duty truck parts sales and/or counter operations is required.
