Position Overview

Robin AI is on a mission to rebuild the legal industry — starting with making contracts simple for everyone. As a pioneer in Legal AI, Robin leverages proprietary models, licensed data, and strategic partnerships with Anthropic and AWS, servicing global leaders like GE, Pfizer, KPMG, and UBS.

In this role within the Legal Team, you will work directly with investment teams from major private equity and debt funds, financial institutions, and corporates to explore transaction opportunities. You will review the work of junior team members and support their professional development, while also gaining exposure to client onboarding, product development, and customer success in a modern, creative, and flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and negotiating contracts such as confidentiality agreements, engagement letters, and release letters using a combination of Robin’s AI technology and your legal expertise.
• Assisting in establishing and agreeing on contract playbooks with current and new clients.
• Reviewing the work of junior team members and supporting their professional development and ongoing training.
• Testing Robin’s technology products and providing feedback to our engineering and machine learning teams.
• Getting involved in exciting business projects, including enhancing the operating model for our managed services team.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years’ experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating core transactional documents (including confidentiality agreements, engagement letters, and release letters).
• Experience working with private equity, asset management, or hedge fund clients, whether in-house, with a service provider, or at a law firm.
• Proven initiative in addressing practical and legal issues, paired with both technical and commercial acumen.
• Strong client management skills and a readiness to take ownership of client relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and intellectually challenging environment.
