What You Will Do:

• Work with a mentor to learn and practice Alta’s sales process
• Participate in daily training sessions and weekly development workshops
• Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods using a structured script
• Track performance metrics and receive continuous coaching
• Collaborate with teammates on weekly challenges and goals

Compensation:
