Position Overview

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Regional Human Resources Manager serves as the primary HR contact for employees in the region, working closely with regional management to develop and implement strategic Human Resources initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive organizational effectiveness activities throughout facilities based on data‑driven assessments.
- Serve as a liaison between field operations and HR centers of expertise to design and implement talent strategies.
- Counsel management on performance management processes, strategies, and tactics.
- Lead teammate engagement efforts and partner with employees and leaders to foster a positive work environment.
- Administer and implement company HR policies, procedures, and employee relations strategies while advocating for both hourly and salaried employees.
- Educate managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and benefit plans to ensure consistent application.
- Oversee staffing levels in facilities and develop strategies to achieve required headcount.
- Promote the use of the "Open Door Policy".
- Assess management/supervisory training needs and deliver appropriate training.
- Perform other duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management or generalist experience, preferably in a multi-site/state environment.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law.
- Proficiency in office software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and develop effective working relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness and ability to travel 50% or more.
