 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">8+ years of hands‐on experience in Python development (Flask/Django/FastAPI preferred).</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Must have experience in Linux environment to work with Python scripts.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Disaster Recovery Knowledge - Nice to have.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Strong understanding of OOP, design principles, and scalable architecture.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Experience with REST APIs, microservices, or automation frameworks.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, DevOps workflows (Gitlab, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Experience leading technical teams or acting as a senior mentor.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Strong debugging, problem‐solving, and performance‐tuning skills.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
