Position Overview

Utilizing our proprietary MarTech platform, EMRge, we transform marketing into a driver of sustainable growth.
The Influencer Team oversees, develops, and implements influencer strategy alongside our client teams. As Director of Influencer, you will lead the creation and execution of influencer campaigns to drive brand exposure, build brand love, and generate new customer relationships while aligning strategies and measuring performance against KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Ovative’s influencer channel vision and long-term roadmap for clients, defining the influencer’s role within full-funnel, omnichannel media strategies.
- Establish strategic frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for influencer planning, casting, content development, and performance measurement.
- Ensure strategies are aligned with Ovative’s Enterprise Marketing Return (EMR) approach and directly tied to business outcomes.
- Serve as a senior strategic partner to client leadership, shaping how influencer marketing drives brand growth and customer acquisition.
- Lead influencer strategy for high-impact client engagements and translate performance data into executive-level insights.
- Define measurement standards, KPIs, and testing frameworks in collaboration with analytics teams.
- Foster a test-and-learn culture by identifying innovation opportunities across platforms and partnership models.
- Act as Ovative’s influencer expert in new business pitches, capability marketing, and external thought leadership.
- Partner with growth and client teams to shape influencer positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute to building and scaling the influencer team through org design, role definition, and hiring strategy.
- Coach and develop team members to foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem including social media channels, content, and creators.
- 10+ years in an influencer marketing role developing and executing strategies and campaigns.
- 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams, fostering growth and excellence.
- Demonstrated experience in building new capabilities with evolving processes and standard practices.
- Proven hands-on execution of influencer campaigns and integrating creators into full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Ability to define, analyze, and communicate influencer performance metrics into actionable insights.
- Working knowledge of influencer, social, and platform tools including campaign management and reporting systems.
Compensation & Insurance
At Ovative, we offer transparency into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. For our Director positions, our compensation ranges from $123,000 to $228,000, which is inclusive of a 30% bonus. We also offer phenomenal health insurance as part of our commitment to fair and competitive compensation.
