Electrical Apprentice - OKC

Position Overview

Oil Capital Electric is growing, and we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Apprentice to join our team. This role offers competitive pay ($22-$32/hr.) along with a comprehensive benefits package and consistent, long-term work opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Install conduit – EMT, rigid, PVC, etc.
• Pull wire – feeders, branch and service
• Install panel boards
• Site lighting – underground and pole lights
• Install lighting fixtures and other related devices
• Work with journeyman as required
• Offload trucks and sort materials
• Use tools such as hand benders, hydraulic benders, wire feeders, tuggers, etc.
• Install electrical systems in new construction and renovation properties
• Adhere to current rules and regulations to ensure systems pass inspection the first time
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following OCE and client safety standards and practices, as well as legal regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available and willing to travel up to 100 miles for work
• Must possess knowledge of basic mathematics related to electrical
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are preferred
• Must have or be able to obtain an electrical apprentice license in the state of Oklahoma
