Position Overview
Join our company today to become a full-desk Tech Recruiter and learn how to grow a successful tech placement portfolio with the support of a dedicated team. This role is based in our Dallas office in Victory Park, with opportunities across North America. Key Responsibilities
- Target new candidates/clients using Motion’s market research and sourcing programs.
- Open new client accounts employing proven sales best practices and leveraging Motion’s strong brand reputation.
- Build trustworthy and valuable relationships with customers through collective market expertise.
- Facilitate positive process outcomes from sourcing to hiring by utilizing Motion’s extensive placement guides and experienced team advice.
- Connect with the tech community via the proprietary “Tech in Motion” meetup series and other networking channels.
- Participate in an immersive training program offering access to over 150 courses on recruitment best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Professional business experience is considered; formal recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, lead and influence others, solve problems, and build strong relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, ambition, and a goal-driven mindset with the capability to develop leads, pitch opportunities, and thrive in a metrics-oriented environment.
- A 4-year college degree or an honorable discharge from the military is preferred for this role.

- Compensation: $50,000
