Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for three full-time Customer Service Reps based in Marietta for our in-office roles. In this position, you will manage your own customer accounts and follow orders from start to finish – mainly via email. Compensation: $21-$22/hour. Hours: 8-5, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own customer accounts and follow orders from start to finish
  • Handle customer communications primarily via email
  • Ensure accurate order entry and account management

Required Qualifications

  • B2B Customer Service and/or Account Management experience
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proven order entry experience
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle logistics issues
  • Strong typing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Bilingual abilities (not required)
