Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for three full-time Customer Service Reps based in Marietta for our in-office roles. In this position, you will manage your own customer accounts and follow orders from start to finish – mainly via email. Compensation: $21-$22/hour. Hours: 8-5, Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own customer accounts and follow orders from start to finish
- Handle customer communications primarily via email
- Ensure accurate order entry and account management
Required Qualifications
- B2B Customer Service and/or Account Management experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proven order entry experience
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle logistics issues
- Strong typing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Call center experience is a plus
- Bilingual abilities (not required)
