Position Overview

We are currently seeking a resourceful and highly organized Jr. Executive Personal Assistant to support a C-level executive with both administrative and personal lifestyle management in our Aventura, FL office. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with occasional evenings and weekends as needed) with the opportunity to work directly with high-level leadership and contribute to a mission that’s changing lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage dynamic calendars with precision and discretion
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Schedule and organize meetings, calls, appointments, and events
- Execute a variety of personal and executive-level errands, tasks, and logistics
- Act as a communication gatekeeper by fielding calls, drafting correspondence, and liaising with team members, clients, and external stakeholders
- Plan and oversee personal and professional events, dinners, and engagements
- Assist with special projects and home-related tasks as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Required Qualifications
- Experience in executive and personal support
- Strong skills in calendar and schedule optimization
- Proven ability in travel planning and itinerary creation
- Event coordination and personal errands management skills
- Excellent written communication and correspondence skills
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
