Position Overview

Our client is a private, independent investment management firm serving over 2,200 institutions in 60+ countries with more than $1.3 trillion in assets under management. They are hiring an Entry Level Finance Analyst based in Boston, MA with a work from home opportunity. The role is focused on conducting market analyses, evaluating product lines, and assessing overall business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze issues identified during the reporting cycle, collaborating with the data team and IT to troubleshoot and implement solutions to meet client deadlines.
• Create and set up new account reporting packages, including preparing data reports and configuring client letters.
• Maintain and document a comprehensive list of all letter reporting requirements on an ongoing basis.
• Provide ongoing support to Client and Product Reporting Teams during monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or any related field is required.
• Must be authorized to work full time in the US.
• Progress towards CFA is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong interest in and understanding of financial data and terms.
