Position Overview
At PwC, our Data, Analytics & AI team leverages advanced technologies and techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights. As a Senior Manager in Data Engineering, you will design and build scalable data infrastructure, develop and implement data pipelines and integration solutions, and provide strategic advisory to drive operational excellence and client success. You will also foster high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams while guiding clients through complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement thorough data architecture strategies

- Maintain operational excellence and manage client interactions
- Develop and document data models and data flow diagrams
- Adhere to data governance and security policies

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Data Engineer, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Snowflake Core, Snowflake Architect, Databricks Data Engineer Associate) is a plus
- Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive data architecture strategies
- Experience in developing and documenting data models and data flow diagrams
- Ability to ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
- Expertise in collaborating with stakeholders to translate data requirements into effective technical solutions
- Experience evaluating and recommending new data technologies and tools
- Proven leadership in data strategy engagements and thought leadership
- Ability to architect and implement cloud-based solutions meeting industry standards
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation & Bonus: $124,000 - $280,000 with actual compensation dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, and location; annual discretionary bonus available.
