Position Overview

Desire In-Home Care is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Representative to grow in-home senior care services including personal care, supportive care, and homemaker/chore assistance for seniors living safely in their own homes.

This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who understands home care services supporting ADLs and IADLs and is motivated to expand community partnerships and client referrals.

Compensation

• Base pay: Based on experience
• Commission: Based on experience and performance

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new client referrals for in-home senior care services
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and community organizations
• Educate families and professionals on home care services and care plans
• Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and territory development
• Support census growth across licensed Kansas and Missouri service areas

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services sales preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with reliable transportation
• Knowledge of ADLs and IADLs is a plus
