Position Overview
The Metzen Agency is looking for an Insurance Broker to join our team. In this role you will actively seek out and engage prospective customers using our proven sales process and system. You must be coachable, ready to learn, and passionate about helping others while exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Learn our sales system, schedule appointments, and meet with clients virtually – complete initial phone discovery and present insurance solutions following our consultative process.
- Develop and foster relationships with clients to ensure policies are placed and clients are protected, creating opportunities for referrals and portfolio growth.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Track progress and key metrics to enable mentoring and continuous improvement.
- Be willing to learn products, carriers, and our processes to effectively help clients accomplish their goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience selling a product or service.
- Extremely coachable, highly motivated, and disciplined.
- Excellent ability to manage and build lasting relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Advanced skills in communication, selling, and negotiating.
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Suite, and the ability to work remotely.
