Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old and within 18 months of graduating with a degree in hospitality, management, or a related field.

- Able to commit to the full 10-week program.
- Dynamic team player excited about delivering outstanding customer experiences and ready to take the initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work experience in or outside of the hospitality industry is a plus.
