As a Designer at Colle McVoy, you will create and execute innovative ideas across all mediums – from integrated brand identity to dynamic retail experiences – while thriving in an energetic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop concepts and collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to produce standout work
  • Assist with monitoring all assigned projects and follow through on every phase of production
  • Present work to internal teams and clients
  • Push past good ideas to discover great ones
  • Present ideas clearly and with conviction to effectively communicate concepts both internally and externally

Required Qualifications

  • Solid foundation in design and typographic skills applicable to various projects
  • Proficiency in a range of design skills including printing processes, photography, illustration, and typography
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
  • Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and proactive in managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Experience with Sketchup or a strong desire to learn
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, ad school credentials, or equivalent industry experience
  • Two or more years of agency or relevant experience
  • Ability to travel as needed
