Position Overview

This role supports the accountant in ensuring that client contractual requirements are met with regard to billing and accounts receivable. The successful candidate will assist with auditing client billing, processing vendor and subcontractor invoices, and contributing to the monthly close process. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist accountant to ensure client contractual requirements are met in regard to billing and accounts receivable.
  • Support the accountant in auditing client billing and project ledger in compliance with contract requirements, GAAP, and company policy.
  • Process accounts payable for vendor invoices and ensure accounts are up to date for assigned projects.
  • Process accounts payable for subcontractor invoices and collaborate to ensure all applicable lien waivers, contracts, and insurance requirements are submitted.
  • Assist with completing the monthly close process, ensuring that all client bills and project costs are posted or accrued as necessary.
  • Provide monthly updates to project assets and rentals for insurance documentation with the project team.
