At Sameday.AI, we develop AI-powered virtual sales agents for home service businesses to automate and enhance customer service and sales processes. This role as an Account Executive puts you at the forefront of engaging prospective clients, managing the sales cycle, and expanding our customer base in a fast-paced startup environment.

Location: Pleasant Grove, Utah
Schedule: Full-time, In-office

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Engage Prospective Clients: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by researching potential clients, reaching out to decision-makers, and conducting discovery calls to generate interest in our AI-driven solutions.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process—from initial contact to closing deals—including understanding customer needs, presenting product demonstrations, handling objections, and negotiating contracts.
  • Build Relationships with Clients: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders by acting as a trusted advisor and helping them understand how our solutions address their challenges.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure our offerings align with customer needs and to provide feedback that shapes our product roadmap.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Proactively meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving revenue growth.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to effectively position our solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Required: Some experience in sales, ideally in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with confidence engaging decision-makers and conducting product demos.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth.
  • Proactive self-starter capable of working independently and managing a personal sales pipeline.
  • Team player with the aptitude to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, startup environment.
