Job Description

Position Overview

Fivetran’s mission has remained the same since its founding – to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. They help customer data arrive in warehouses fully prepared for querying with no engineering or maintenance required. In this setting, Fivetran is seeking an organized and energetic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiters and their rapidly growing team. This contract role for 6 months (possibility to extend) is a full-time, hybrid position based out of the Denver office. The role combines remote flexibility with in-person collaboration (two days in office each week) and involves maintaining data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System as well as ensuring a stellar candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, onsite, and presentation interviews
  • Manage logistics for the recruiting process including scheduling interviews, debrief sessions, coordinating travel, and completing offer documents
  • Build strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure an efficient process and a positive experience
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment
  • Master the Applicant Tracking System along with scheduling tools and organizational products (Workday, Guide Scheduling, Greenhouse, and Google Suite)
  • Contribute to team projects, often working interdepartmentally, and establish meaningful relationships with stakeholders
  • Participate in the coordination and execution of events
  • Support Fivetran’s diversity, equity, and inclusion values by partnering with the People team to attract and hire diverse talent
  • Experiment with new approaches and technology to refine processes and enhance candidate experiences

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience arranging complex interview schedules in a fast-paced environment with the ability to wear multiple hats
  • A strong passion for teamwork and contributing positively to the Talent Acquisition Team’s success and reputation
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of an organization
  • High customer service orientation with a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer/client-facing industry
  • A demonstrated passion for delivering stellar candidate experiences
