Position Overview
Our client, a well-known company located in Pearland, is now hiring Computer Support Assistants! As an integral part of the Help Desk team – the primary hub for technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software – you will support the Help Desk Support Specialists in addressing user issues. The role involves interacting with various users across the company, ensuring their questions are answered and their technical concerns are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer users' questions regarding computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Train users on basic system and computer functions.
- Address both system and user issues effectively.
- Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with Help Desk Support Specialists and the wider IT team.
