Your Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to support merchandising strategies and decisions.
• Create and maintain financial models to forecast and track performance of merchandise categories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement merchandising plans.
• Evaluate and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Provide recommendations for pricing, inventory management, and promotions to optimize profitability.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators for merchandise categories.
• Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform merchandising strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchandising teams to understand business needs and goals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform decision-making.
• Participate in the development and execution of merchandising strategies and initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
• Continuously identify process improvements and efficiencies to enhance the financial analysis and merchandising process.
• Collaborate with finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
• Train and mentor junior financial analysts on best practices and processes.
