Position Overview

Mews is transforming the hospitality industry with innovative, cloud-native property management solutions. As the visionary VP of Revenue Operations, you will lead and scale the RevOps function to drive operational excellence and revenue growth as the company gears up for its IPO and next phase—from $250M to **$500M+** in revenue. Operating in a dynamic and high-impact environment, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to build a data-driven, agile team that shapes the future of global hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • RevOps Leadership and Team Transformation: Lead and rebuild a high-performing Revenue Operations team (currently 35 people) into a strategic, agile function aligned with the company’s growth stage.
  • Systems Strategy and Optimization: Own and prioritize complex system challenges across Salesforce, Nue, Spiff, Gainsight, and related tools to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
  • Salesforce and Tooling Oversight: Collaborate with consulting teams and internal stakeholders to define the future architecture and iterations of Salesforce and connected platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to GTM teams (Sales, CS, Marketing), Finance, and Leadership by providing data-driven insights that support planning, quota setting, and revenue forecasting.
  • Acquisition Integration: Lead the operational and systems integration of acquisitions to consolidate sales processes and customer bases.
  • Operational Excellence and Prioritization: Manage a fast-paced environment, prioritize critical initiatives, and drive execution with agility and discipline.
  • Data and Analytics Ownership: Champion revenue data across the organization, delivering accurate and actionable insights for executive and board-level decision making.
  • Performance Metrics and Impact: Define and track critical metrics such as plan accuracy and deal throughput to measure and enhance the team’s contribution to revenue growth.
  • Talent Development and Culture: Build and nurture a culture of ownership, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement within the RevOps team.
  • Strategic Growth Enablement: Scale processes and systems to support the company’s ambitious revenue targets and IPO readiness.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience building, leading, and mentoring high-performing Revenue Operations teams in SaaS or Fintech environments.
  • Demonstrated transformational leadership with a track record of scaling RevOps functions during periods of rapid growth (e.g., from $200M to $500M+ ARR).
  • Deep expertise in aligning sales, marketing, and customer success systems to drive scalable, measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience managing complex tech stacks including Salesforce, CPQ, Gainsight, and related revenue tools, with a knack for solving systemic challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to improve forecasting accuracy and operational throughput.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and prioritize competing demands while driving transformational initiatives, including post-acquisition integrations.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the confidence to engage with executive leadership, board members, and diverse stakeholders.
