Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time
Location: Bakersfield Post Acute - Bakersfield, CA
Starting Pay: $42/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations
- Supervise and mentor licensed and non-licensed staff
- Monitor medication administration and treatment compliance
- Conduct admissions, discharges, and evaluations
- Make rounds to assess residents' physical and emotional well-being
- Respond to changes in condition and communicate with physicians and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Participate in staff training, care planning, and QA meetings
- Support infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
- Valid California RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (long-term care preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to manage a team while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of PCC (PointClickCare) preferred
