Position Overview
THREE Insurance simplifies commercial insurance for small businesses through a single, comprehensive policy that protects what matters most. As the Insurance Training and Knowledge Lead, you will build and sustain a quality framework that ensures teams consistently apply THREE’s underwriting, sales, and servicing standards across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Product and Operations, you will work with Sales, Service, Underwriting, Compliance, and Operations to translate defined business processes into training, documentation, and quality assurance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a quality assurance framework that defines consistent standards for underwriting, sales, and service accuracy.
- Design and implement training programs and self-paced or AI-assisted modules that translate business processes into actionable learning.
- Serve as the central source of subject-matter truth by maintaining up-to-date documentation and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align QA and training initiatives with company goals and drive continuous process improvement.
- Measure success by reducing errors, eliminating conflicting sources, and launching innovative learning modules.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial insurance operations, underwriting, or quality assurance.
- Proficiency with knowledge and learning tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in training delivery and/or training/QA program development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent insurance industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance designations (CPCU, AU, ARM, CIC) a plus.

- Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 per year (final compensation based on qualifications, location, and other factors).
