Position Overview
Very Social is a fast-growing social media and marketing agency for real estate professionals founded by top NYC broker Ryan Garson. Combining hands-on real estate expertise with innovative marketing strategies, the company sells 75+ homes a year while operating a nationwide, social-first agency. Now, we’re building Very Social AI—a done-for-you, AI-powered marketing suite designed specifically for real estate agents to scale their personal brands, streamline workflows, and dominate their markets.
We are seeking an AI & Marketing Automation Specialist to design, launch, and scale Very Social AI. This hybrid role is based in our New York City office and starts at 25 hours per week with the opportunity to transition to a full-time (40 hours/week) leadership position as we expand.Compensation:$40/hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, refine, and maintain AI-driven workflows (listing descriptions, ad copy, negotiation emails, social calendars).
- Create and manage a Prompt Library and Custom GPT projects tailored to real estate marketing.
- Work directly with real estate agents to design and set up their custom GPTs for daily use.
- Collaborate with the creative team to turn AI outputs into polished, branded deliverables.
- Train staff and clients on AI best practices, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
- Explore and implement integrations (Zapier, CRMs, Canva, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline client delivery.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI tools to help position Very Social AI as a market leader.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, custom GPTs, prompt engineering, and automation tools.
- Strong grasp of social media and digital marketing workflows.
- Ability to translate technical AI processes into simple systems for non-technical users.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—resourceful, adaptable, and excited to build a new product from the ground up.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate marketing or content creation (a bonus).
