Position Overview
Alamo City Telecommunications, a leader in the telecommunication industry, is excited to announce an opening for an Entry Level Marketing position in our dynamic marketing team. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual eager to learn and grow within the industry and contribute positively to our organizational goals. This is a Full-Time position located at our main office in San Antonio, TX. Prospective candidates should note that this is a Not a Remote Job and requires on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and marketing opportunities.
- Participate in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and promotional content.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports for review by the marketing team and management.
- Interact with clients and vendors to establish strong relationships and ensure cohesive business operations.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings with insightful analysis and feedback on market conditions and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in the coordination of events, such as trade shows, conferences, and meetings relevant to the company’s mission and marketing objectives.
- Maintain a knowledge base of the latest trends in marketing, including digital marketing innovations and competitor practices.
- Support various day-to-day administrative tasks within the marketing department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- No prior marketing experience required; however, any internship or experience in marketing, sales, or related fields is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software and tools.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
