Position Overview

As a Senior Marketing Specialist at Integrus Architecture in Portland, OR, you will play a strategic, hands-on role in winning new work and amplifying our story. Integrus Architecture is a renowned Pacific Northwest design practice with nearly 75 years’ experience, committed to shaping environments that foster care, community, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research opportunities and background materials to interpret and craft proposal requirements.
  • Work with Focus Group leaders to define strategy and contribute to planning content research and generation.
  • Identify and track project opportunities and guide pursuit strategies.
  • Lead and manage the production of qualifications packages, interview presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with project teams to strategize and craft messaging for proposals and interviews.
  • Organize and maintain a growing library of marketing assets, templates, and content.
  • Engage with key team members to align messaging with Integrus’ identity and design values.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in marketing or communications, ideally within the AEC industry.
  • Solid understanding of the architectural and public sector design world.
  • Proven expertise in crafting, editing, and producing high-quality written and visual content.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop (Canva is a bonus).
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • A keen interest in architecture, design, and how the built environment shapes lives.
