Payments and Enrollments Specialist

Job Description

As an entry-level Payments and Enrollments Specialist you will process documentation to enroll clients into our Debt Resolution program and work directly with our clients to provide great customer service. Gather documentation, review client information and accurately enter it into our proprietary computer system. Sort and scan mail and attach documents to files in the system. Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally.

Process payment change requests. Make outbound calls to clients that have non-sufficient funds in their account or payment issues. Provide fantastic customer service.
