As a TruGreen Commission Sales Representative, you will serve as the approachable representative in the community, connecting with homeowners to provide personalized lawn care solutions. Equipped with expertise, enthusiasm, and a strong adherence to TruGreen’s Sales Playbook, you will convert conversations into enduring customer relationships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build connections with customers through personalized in-person visits

  • Log interactions and track performance using CRM platforms

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with effective time management abilities
  • Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems
  • Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
  • Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job
