Position Overview
Join one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies located in Clear Water, FL. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in generating new business by setting qualified appointments for our Field Sales team while helping medical and dental practices modernize patient payments and improve financial performance. Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary | $75,000+ OTE (Uncapped Monthly Commission)
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to medical and dental practices
- Educate prospects on our solutions and schedule meetings (no closing)
- Collaborate with Field Representatives to coordinate outreach strategies
- Utilize CRM and digital marketing tools to nurture prospect interest
- Achieve key performance metrics including calls, meetings set, and call quality
- Engage with current clients to generate referrals and provide feedback to refine outreach strategies
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in an outbound calling, inside sales, or SDR role
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and video
- Experience using CRMs such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and coachable
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare, fintech, or SaaS is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
