Highlights of Your Role:

• Act as the representative of Marvin, providing exceptional post-sales support for our premium windows and doors.
• Engage directly with customers to resolve issues, offer solutions, and ensure every experience is positive.
• Manage your own schedule effectively, plan routes, and document service visits professionally.
• Travel in a company-provided vehicle equipped with resources including a laptop or iPad.

You're a Good Fit if You Have (or Can):

• 3-5 years of construction experience, particularly with windows and doors.
• A self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic, along with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey messages clearly even during challenging situations, always keeping the customer in focus.
• Strong organizational skills, tech-savviness, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders or scaffolding.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT medical certification requirements.
