Compensation: 8%–12.5% of GROSS SALES (Uncapped)

The Role

We’re hiring a field sales rep to own the Raleigh–Durham territory. You’ll be on the road daily — walking into smoke shops and hemp stores, opening new accounts, and driving consistent wholesale reorders.

This is a performance-based role. You sell, you get paid.

What You’ll Do

• Open new B2B wholesale accounts in Raleigh–Durham
• Visit smoke shops & hemp retailers in person
• Close orders and manage repeat business
• Build long-term retailer relationships
• Hit weekly and monthly sales goals
• Represent The Plug Distribution in the field

What We Want

• Outside or B2B sales experience preferred
• Comfortable cold-walking into stores
• Strong closer with follow-up discipline
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
• Hemp/cannabis industry experience is a plus
