As an Inbound (Call Transfer) Sales Specialist, you will connect with customers eager to learn about Wyndham’s timeshare products, selling deeply discounted vacation packages and earning amazing commissions.Pay + Commission & Monthly Bonuses!Yearly Earning Potential: $57,200 - $100,000+!

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls transferred from various sources to promote company products.
• Sell approved vacation packages across 15+ locations including Hawaii, California, Florida, and more.
• Explain the details and sales terms of vacation offers.
• Determine guest eligibility for purchasing timeshare offers.
• Answer customer questions appropriately and effectively.
• Provide outstanding service to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Participate in the NEW INBOUND SALES/CALL TRANSFER INCENTIVE PLAN including Weekly Hourly and Paid Training.
• Only candidates from the Las Vegas, NV area (or within 50 miles) will be considered.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Sales-minded professionalism.
• Experience in hospitality, sales, call center, or marketing.
• Ability to overcome challenges and objections.
• Ability to work in a goal and performance-based environment.
• Availability during operating hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00am to 12:00am; Saturday and Sunday, 6:00am to 12:00am.
• Please note: Newly hired employees will receive a schedule of 5:00pm to 12:00am on weekdays and weekends after completing their initial training.
