This role is perfect for someone experienced in commercial construction practices and general contracting responsibilities, eager to help drive growth and consistently deliver projects on time.

  • Seek new clients and opportunities while engaging proactively with repeat clients to build a strong backlog.
  • Lead the RFQ/RFP process by collaborating with internal departments to create comprehensive submissions.
  • Attend events hosted by trade and local government organizations to increase market exposure and opportunities.
  • Manage the ANDRES relationship tracking system for new and existing leads and contacts.
  • Represent the ANDRES brand consistently across all cities and job sites.
  • Collaborate with the VP Relationship Development to create materials for client and owner meetings.
  • Create and manage marketing materials for Business Journal showcases, advertisements, and publications.
  • Innovate to keep marketing strategies and the ANDRES brand fresh and relevant in the market.
  • Cultivate a seller-doer model of business development by fostering long-term relationships through superior processes and products.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned on the ANDRES Forum.

Required Qualifications

  • College degree with 5-10+ years of experience in a business development role, focused on generating business within public and private K-12 education, higher education institutions, municipalities, counties, government, healthcare, and religious facilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading the RFQ/RFP process for potential projects.
