Acquisition Closer – Remote | Commission-Only | Uncapped Earning Potential.
Are you a high-performing sales professional who gets a thrill from negotiations and loves chasing big commission checks? As an Acquisition Closer, you’ll convert inbound and outbound seller leads into signed agreements for real estate acquisitions in a no–excuses, high-performance environment. This role is compensation-driven with aggressive payout options – choose between deal-based commissions ($500 per signed agreement plus $1,000 upon closing) or percentage-based commissions (15% on all funded deals) – and truly offers uncapped earning potential. Work remotely with daily warm leads, elite training, and a clear path to leadership, all while representing R&R HomeBuyers, a real estate solutions company established in 2015 with offices in Port Richey, Orlando, and Tampa, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound calls daily, follow sales scripts, and engage seller leads.
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into signed agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records for real-time performance tracking.
  • Achieve weekly KPIs including talk time, outbound calls, verbal offers, and signed agreements.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training, coaching calls, and performance check-ins.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong spoken and written English skills.
  • Previous phone sales experience preferred; experience in commission-only roles is a huge plus.
  • Ability to follow directions while adapting to dynamic sales scenarios.
  • Strong attention to detail, active listening, and rapid data processing skills.
  • Thick skin, self-motivated, and committed to daily improvement.
