UX/UI Designer - AI Trainer

Position Overview

We are seeking talented UI/UX and visual designers to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models. In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated designs—from interfaces and layouts to visuals and overall user experience—and provide detailed, actionable feedback to enhance the system’s aesthetic, usability, and creative quality. Successful candidates will participate in both general AI training projects and design-specific projects after completing the required qualification process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
