Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including department heads and executives, to understand their needs and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure HR initiatives are successfully implemented and maintained.
  • Conduct regular audits and analysis of HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, particularly in the healthcare sector, and proactively make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Collaborate with other HR professionals and departments within the organization to ensure consistency and alignment in HR practices and policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all.
  • Handle escalated employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Partner with the training and development team to identify and address training needs for employees and managers.
  • Manage and monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on HR-related initiatives and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to HR, including but not limited to EEO, ADA, FMLA, and wage and hour laws.
  • Serve as a role model and advocate for the organization's values and mission, promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
