Key Responsibilities

  • Manage structural engineering projects from planning through construction administration, balancing quality, budget, and schedule.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with architects, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Mentor and train early-career engineers, fostering technical growth and leadership development.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to strategic growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree: in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Structural emphasis) from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license.
  • Minimum 5 years: of structural engineering experience in consulting.
  • At least 2 years: of project management experience leading teams.
  • Proficiency: in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong: communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Expect to manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 7-10 active in design).
  • Travel for site visits may occur 2-3 days per month.
  • Annual bonuses typically range from 5-10% of base salary.
