In this fast-paced, startup environment, the Manager, Data Analytics – Insight Support role will drive data transparency for our Ad product’s growth by expediting insight extraction. You will serve as the data analytics authority, partnering with our Insights team and reporting to a centralized Business Analysis team within Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a data-driven thought partner to subject matter leads on the Insight team and cross-functional groups; support end-to-end business reviews, deep dive analyses, dashboards, automated reports, and ad hoc analyses.
• Act as the data analytics owner on performance by conducting detailed daily/weekly/monthly analyses and identifying key drivers across product groups.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and automate weekly business review slides to support recurring reporting rhythms.
• Track key input and output metrics to quantify opportunities, risks, and other success factors for our ads business.
• Generate data-driven insights using a hypothesis-first approach, statistical methods, and technical languages (e.g., SQL, DAX) to analyze disparate data sets.
• Conduct regular and ad hoc analyses, address data questions, and provide clear data narratives in business reviews and presentations while ensuring data accuracy.
• Deliver results efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field with 2 years’ experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis, and modeling; or 4 years’ relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or STEM with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in data analytics with complex data sets and the ability to interpret and manipulate data; background in Media & Advertising, eCommerce, or CPG/retail is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with familiarity in R and Python.
• Experience using visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in business analysis and reporting, Microsoft Office, and statistical modeling software.

• Competitive Pay & Bonus Awards: Annual salary ranges of Hoboken, NJ: $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 and San Bruno, CA: $104,000.00 - $202,000.00, plus performance-based bonuses and additional compensation (including stock options).
