Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and build relationships with new and existing clients to understand their goals and craft innovative marketing campaigns.
- Sell a mix of customized solutions and digital advertising services.
- Create and pitch compelling presentations and proposals.
- Represent Cox Media at local business events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in cable, broadcast, advertising sales/support, or marketing.
- Ability to develop new business and meet individual sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Valid driving license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Motivated team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and business applications.
- Interactive Advertising Bureau certification and/or Google AdWords certification.

- Compensation: Base salary of $28,600.00 - $42,800.00 per year, plus an annual incentive/commission target of $42,800.00 - $64,400.00.
